Introducing Remy Amouroux, Software Researcher and Entrepreneur.

I’m extremely happy to introduce Remy Amouroux, formerly researcher at the french INRIA software Lab in Grenoble, and Co-founder of Kelkoo.com, (acquired by Yahoo in 2004 for 475M€).

We’ve asked Remy to explain how and when he decided to become  a software developer, and how he sucessfully launched Kelkoo.com, with his lab-mates and the marketing guru Pierre Chappaz, back in 1999.

Remy works now for Yahoo R&D center in Grenoble. He’s assigned to special projects he could not talk about (I believe it’s in the Search/mail area..) .

Freaks who believe IP does not matter in the internet/software world should listen carefully to this guy.
